THE SITUATION
Portman Street is a popular residential road on the northern side of Taunton only about a mile from the town centre itself. Portman Street is a one way road restricting the amount of traffic that uses it and is well placed for ease of access to useful local amenities, the inter city railway station and also enjoying a easy route to the M5 motorway avoiding the town centre.

THE PROPERTY
