"A delightful two double bedroom period house, which is beautifully presented throughout, occupying a lovely position close to Taunton Town Centre. The house was built in the late 1800 s and has been in the care of the current owner since 2013. During the past 11 years, they have lovingly restored and styled the house to create a beautiful family home. You enter through the front door into the entrance hall with stairs rising to the first floor and doors opening to the principal reception rooms.

The living room is situated at the front of the house and enjoys a bay window at the front, which provides lots of natural light from front aspect. The room is beautifully styled with a wood burning stove inset within the fireplace. The playroom is positioned in the centre of the home and has been connected the kitchen with an opening internal window to allow for natural light to enter.

The Owners Love The current owners have loved the convenience and close proximity of Taunton town centre and all its amenities just a short walk from the front door. They said We have loved making the house into a home and hope the new owners will be just as happy here as we have been. We will miss it very much!

The kitchen diner and utility are located at the rear of the house and have benefitted from two extensions, which have helped create a bright and spacious area which is the hub of the home. With a variety of fitted wall and base units with work surfaces over and inset sink, the kitchen is well equipped for family living. There is an integrated oven with four ring gas hob and hood over, space for a fridge freezer and integrated dishwasher. There is a door opening to the rear garden, skylight window above allowing lots of natural light to enter and an opening to the utility room, window to the side and rear facing into the courtyard, space for washing machine and dryer and a door to the downstairs WC.

George Loves The style and finish that the sellers have gone for. The current owners have done a lovely job of looking after and maintaining it and got the balance right between modern comforts and traditional styling. Whether you are looking for your first home, or perhaps a stylish investment property, this one is an absolute must see house!
