"A delightful three bedroom semi detached house, which is beautifully presented throughout, occupying a lovely position on the very edge of the development. The house was built in 2001 by CG Fry and Son and has been tastefully renovated and cared for by the current owners since 2018. You enter through the front door into the entrance hall with a spacious cloakroom, stairs rising to the first floor and doors opening to the principal rooms.

The kitchen diner is located to the rear of the house and benefits from a variety of modern fitted wall and base units with quartz work surfaces over and inset stainless steel sink with mixer tap and drainer. There is an integrated high level AEG double oven, with four ring induction hob with hood over, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen and space for a dining table in front of the doors to the conservatory in the dining area. A door opens top the rear patio area from the kitchen and French doors tale you out via the conservatory.

The Owners Love The current owners have loved the location and the secluded feel, whilst still being able to walk into town . Their favourite thing about living in the house is the position and the sense of tranquillity and seclusion you feel whilst still being close to town and amenities . They are particularly proud of the work they have done in the kitchen which has made it feel bigger and more useable for entertaining family and friends . They will mostly miss There are lots of footpaths nearby which they frequently use for family dog walks, and they have also found the area to be very family friendly.

The living room is situated to the front of the house and enjoys lots of natural light through a window to the front aspect, fitted with Venetian style shutters. There is a feature gas fireplace, which is the focal point of the room, set within an attractive stone fireplace.

Upstairs, on the first floor landing, there is an airing cupboard, loft access hatch and doors to the bedrooms and family bathroom. The master bedroom benefits from a window overlooking the rear garden. It also enjoys en suite facilities with a large walk in shower, washbasin, and WC. There are two further bedrooms with two at the front, both of which are a generous size. The family bathroom has been completely re fitted with a contemporary suite and is fitted with a WC, wash basin and bath with shower over.

George Loves I was impressed by just how well presented the house was from top to bottom! It has clearly been so well looked after and cared for by the owners. Not often would I say this, but this is genuinely presented to a show home standard. It makes this property really stand out as something extra special compared to the competition in the area. An absolute must see house!

Outside, to the rear of the property there is a recently landscaped and secluded garden, which enjoys a good degree of privacy considering the estate setting. Initially, there is an upgraded and extended patio area, which has steps rising to a lawned area. There is a second seating area at the top of the garden, with a rear personnel door providing access into the garage, which has power, lighting and a gated driveway beside it, providing off road parking.
