"A delightful two bedroom semi detached house, which is well presented throughout and occupies a spacious corner plot. The house was built circa 1973 and has been updated and improved by the current owners since they bought in 2017. You enter through the front door into the entrance hall with space for coats and shoes, stairs rising to the first floor and a door opening to the living room.

The living room is situated at the front of the house and enjoys an attractive outlook over the front lawn and with an understairs cupboard. A door opens through to the kitchen diner, which is located at the rear of the house and benefits from a variety of modern fitted wall and base units with work surfaces over and inset sink with drainer. There is space for a fridge freezer, dishwasher, and a built in high level oven grill, four ring electric hob and hood over. Beyond the kitchen, there is an opening to a single storey extension which is used as a dining and utility space. There is space for a dining table, plumbing for a washing machine and bi folding doors to the rear garden.

The Owners Love The current owners have loved the location and close proximity of amenities just a stone s throw from the front door. They have enjoyed it here so much, that they are looking to stay in the area when they move. They particularly love the easy access to get out into town and the many transport links available . They will mostly miss our extension, which has made such a difference to the living space which has been a real joy as a growing family.

Upstairs, on the first floor landing, there is a loft access hatch and doors to the bedrooms and family bathroom. The master bedroom is a good size double and has a window overlooking the front aspect and built in wardrobes. The second bedroom also has a built in wardrobe and overlooks the rear garden. The family bathroom has benefitted from a refit, is now fully tiled and fitted with a three piece suite including WC, washbasin and bath with shower over.

George Loves My first house was almost identical, and it really did feel like home when I arrived! It is the perfect size for somebody on their own, a couple, or even people with a young child as both bedrooms are a good size. I also love a good outdoors space and am partial to a good barbeque in the summer months. The garden is a good size and is very private considering the estate setting. The corner plot is also a big bonus and offers further potential to develop subject to planning permission .

Outside, to the rear of the property there is a lovely, secluded garden, which enjoys a good degree of privacy. Initially, there is a patio area, which leads onto the lawn and is enclosed by timber fenced borders and walls. There is a path leading to the side gate with access to the driveway with spaces for two vehicles. There is also a good size garage with power and lighting as well as a secluded hot tub area.
