"A delightful four bedroom detached house, which is well presented throughout, occupying a lovely position within a highly sought after cul de sac. The house was built circa 1989 and has been loved and cared for by the original owners since 2000. You enter through the front door into the entrance hall with a cloakroom with WC, stairs rising to the first floor and doors opening to the principal rooms and an internal door to the garage.

The kitchen is located to the front of the house and benefits from a variety of fitted wall and base units with work surfaces over and inset sink with drainer. There is an integrated high level oven, microwave and four ring gas hob with hood over. There is also an integrated dishwasher and undercounter fridge, as well as space and plumbing for a washing machine. From the window, there is a lovey outlook over the front lawn and a door opens to the side of the house, with access to the rear garden.

The Owners Love The current owners have loved the location and the ease of access to the countryside, whilst still being able to catch a bus into town . Their favourite thing about the house is the position and the tucked away plot in the cu de sac . They are particularly fond of the lovely sense of seclusion the house has whilst still being part of a community, which is a rarity on a housing development . They added; There are lots of amenities nearby and they have also found the area to be very family friendly with children enjoying playing outside in the summer months.

The living room is situated at the rear of the house and enjoys natural light from a large window and doors to the rear aspect, as well as a feature fireplace, providing a nice focal point for the room. There is space for both living and dining arrangements and the patio doors opening onto the rear patio give a pleasant outlook onto the garden.

Upstairs, on the first floor landing, there is an airing cupboard, loft access hatch and doors to the bedrooms and shower room. The master bedroom benefits from a run of built in wardrobes. It also enjoys en suite facilities, with a shower, washbasin and WC. There are three further bedrooms with two at the front and another at the rear, overlooking the back garden. The shower room is fully tiled and is fitted with a three piece suite including WC, washbasin and a large walk in shower.

George Loves I was very impressed by just how nicely presented the house was, having had a recent update and refresh by the owners to include new double glazing! It has clearly been so well cared for by the owners and with the addition of some updates, It would allow the next family to come in and make it their own. The position is also something I was extremely impressed with. Not just the location itself, but the seclusion and tucked away feel! This house really does need to be seen to be appreciated.

Outside, to the rear of the house is a mature and secluded garden, which enjoys a good degree of privacy, considering the estate setting. Initially, there is a good size patio area, which leads onto a lawn, with well stocked boarders and a variety of mature trees and shrubs. There is a side gate with an external door giving access to the kitchen, with a tarmac driveway in front for one car. The frontage is then predominantly laid to lawn, with a further selection of established hedging and shrubs and the possibility to create a second parking space if desired.
