"A rarely available three bedroom house, which is well presented throughout, occupying a huge corner plot in this ever popular area. The house was originally built in 1935 and has been loved by the current owners for two generations. You enter through the front door into the entrance hall with stairs rising to the first floor and doors opening to the principal rooms.

The kitchen diner is located at the left side of the house and benefits from a variety of recently refitted wall and base units with work surfaces over and inset sink with drainer. There is also space for a dining table and a door leads through to the rear lean to, with doors to a WC and good size outhouse and storage cupboard.

The Owners Love The current owners said We love the local neighbourhood. They are all so friendly and welcoming and it is a nice area for the children to go out and play . They have always loved with the lovely corner plot and endless possibilities to put our own stamp on the place which they have done over the past couple of years. They will mostly miss the amazing wrap around garden which has a play area for the kids, as well as an outdoor entertaining space for the adults which they have loved in the summer months. They have also found access to Taunton town centre and Musgrove Hospital to be really quick and easy as well as being able to walk to the local amenities, bus stop nearby and the park and ride.

The living room is situated at the right side of the house and has a connecting door to the kitchen diner. There is an electric fireplace which is the focal point of the room and there are multiple windows to dual aspects, allowing for lots of natural light.

Upstairs, on the first floor landing, there is a window to the rear aspect, airing cupboard, loft access hatch and doors to the bedrooms and shower room. The two double bedrooms benefit from built in wardrobes and have windows overlooking the front aspect. There third bedroom is at the rear, with a window looking over the garden and again with a bult in wardrobe. The shower room is fitted with a three piece suite including WC, wash basin and shower cubicle.

George Loves I was really taken with how homely the house is, and what a welcoming feeling you get! It has clearly been so well loved and enjoyed by the owners over several generations. It has a real homely feel to it when you walk through the door. It has been updated in recent years but still has so much more potential to further develop or improve due to such a large plot. An absolute must see house!

Outside, there is a wonderful wrap around garden, which has been split into various areas. At the side, there is a large area that they currently use for parking, with space for multiple vehicles and access to the rear garden via a side gate. Beyond here, there is a hardstanding area, currently home to a 12ft swimming pool. At the back of the plot, is an excellent size lawned garden, with a flowered archway linking back to a good size patio area outside the house currently used as a hot tub and BBQ area.
