Raglands is a most attractive 5 bedroom detached village house set in substantial grounds in a favoured location on the southern edge of the village of Williton. Built in the 1920's in traditional style it offers spacious living accommodation that has been considerably improved by the current owners.

Situation:
The property is set in an elevated position to the south side of the rural small town of Williton which has good local facilities and is 15 miles north of Taunton which has mainline rail connections and motorway access. The Quantock and Brendon Hills and Exmoor are close to hand as is the coast with the historic harbour town of Watchet just 4 miles away. St Peter’s First School and Danesfield Church of England School are both within walking distance. Older children attend West Somerset College in Minehead. All three were rated as “Good” in their most recent Ofsted inspections. There are highly rated independent schools in Taunton and one in Wellington, buses for which pass the end of the drive.
