Situation Greystones enjoys a wonderful situation in this small hamlet of Goosenford, which stands in the Quantock foothills. Despite enjoying an attractive rural setting the property is by no means isolated as Taunton is only a few minutes drive away. The nearby village of Cheddon Fitzpaine is a highly regarded village with a primary school and Church and the village of Monkton Heathfield enjoys a village inn, secondary school, garden centre and garage. The beautiful Hestercombe Gardens are very close by and are well worth a visit. Taunton, the county town is about 3 miles away and provides a comprehensive range of facilities in addition to a good range of shops, excellent schools, theatre, county cricket and racecourse. There are excellent communication links to the rest of the country with a main line railway station and junction 25 of the M5 being accessed on the eastern side of town. Description Greystones is an attractive detached bungalow believed to have been built in the early 1930s. The property has been skilfully extended and enhanced during the current owners occupation. At the traffic lights at the end bare left into Victoria Park and at the roundabout take the second exit over the O Bridge Viaduct. At the next roundabout take the third exit into Priorswood Road and towards Monkton Heathfield. Continue to the next roundabout taking the second exit and following the road into Monkton Heathfield. upon entering the village proceed up the hill and take the next left to the top of Greenway, bearing left and go down the hill. At the grass triangle turn right and Greystones can be found after a short distance on the right.
