A semi-detached house constructed of blue-lias natural stone elevations under a pitched tiled roof. The property offers good size accommodation however is in need of general modernisation throughout. Living space includes entrance hall, WC, living room, kitchen and dining room/sitting room. There are three first floor bedrooms and bathroom. Somerton was the ancient County town of Wessex in the 8th century and a former market town.
