DESCRIPTION

A double glazed door leads into the spacious entrance hall with staircase rising to the first floor, door to utility room and door to the sitting room. The utility room is fitted with a range of units incorporating a single drainer sink unit, plumbing for washing machine, door to the front driveway, door to the rear garden and door to the shower room which is fitted with a modern suite of low level wc, wash hand basin in vanity unit and shower cubicle. The sitting room has wood effect flooring, a large picture window, and understairs cupboard. An archway links through to the dining room and kitchen giving a semi open feel. The kitchen is fitted with an extensive range of base, drawer and wall units incorporating a single drainer sink unit, gas hob, cooker hood and oven. There is space for a free standing fridge freezer, dining table and chairs. From here double glazed doors lead into the conservatory with tiled floor and views over The Meadows .

On the first floor there are three bedrooms two doubles and one single and the family bathroom. The master bedroom is fitted with a range of floor to ceiling wardrobes. Bedroom two has a built in cupboard. The bathroom is fitted with a white modern suit of P shaped panel enclosed bath with mixer tap shower attachment, shower and screen, level wc and wash hand basin in vanity unit.

OUTSIDE
