This exceptionally well maintained semi detached family home is situated on the always popular Waterford Park development and has been occupied by the same owners for over twenty years! The light and airy accommodation comprises on the ground floor a fantastic fitted kitchen and a spacious sitting dining room with French doors onto the rear garden and the added benefit of a multi fuel log burner. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a contemporary family bathroom. Other features include a gas central heating system and PVCu double glazing. In addition to the above the property also boasts owned solar panels. Outside there is fully enclosed rear garden and a drive at the front allowing off street parking for two to three cars and leading to the integral garage. This really is a lovely home and an early internal viewing cannot be recommended highly enough.
