"THE AGENT SAYS...
Delightfully cosy Lavender Cottage is a most attractive, doublefronted mid terrace built of golden hamstone. The property benefits from a utility room extension which has created space for a dine in kitchen. The bathroom has been recently refurbished and reconfigured to make the best of the space and upstairs a former cupboard has become an ensuite WC to the main bedroom. Both roofs have been relined and the loft newly insulated. Outside there is a sunny and attractive courtyard to enjoy, with space to store logs for the fire and line dry washing.

THE PROPERTY
The front door opens into the charming sitting room from where a spindle staircase rises to the first floor. A pretty brick fireplace with wooden beam and stone hearth, currently housing an electric fire but potential for a wood burning stove or gas fire, provides an attractive focal point and the alcoves either side provide useful storage and room for additional seating.
