"House-Hut Estate Agents are delighted to present this home located in a small cul-de-sac of similar properties and conveniently located for the town centre and railway station. This three bedroom house is sure to attract interest. The property has a 70ft rear garden, two reception rooms, garage and parking and will make a lovely family home. Offered for sale with NO ONWARD CHAIN.The accommodation comprises: Entrance porch with door to living room. To the rear is the dining room with French doors leading to the patio and garden. There are good road links to London and the South West via the A303, M4 and M5 all of which are in reasonable reach. Mainline rail connections to London are also provided from Bath and nearby Westbury and Bristol International airport is also just a 45 minute drive away.
