"This end of terrace period style home is located in a sought after area of the town, just off Locks Hill with easy access to the town centre and the train station.

The over riding sense once through the front door of this home is expanse. The accommodation starts on the ground floor with a large living room which has double glazed sash windows to the front, stripped and varnished floorboards and a period cast iron fireplace with working grate. On from this room to the dining room which has a large double glazed picture window, a useful understairs cupboard and a toasty, big woodburning stove. The kitchen leads off of the dining room and could be described as a galley kitchen with plenty of wall and base units, an integrated fridge and freezer, inset gas hob with oven under and cooker hood over. There is also plumbing for a washing machine, sink unit, windows to the side and rear and a double glazed back door opening onto the garden. The kitchen also has a tiled floor, mosaic tiled walls and is home to the gas fired boiler.

From the Hallway stairs lead to the first floor where there is an upstairs bathroom with a white suite including a rain head shower over the bath and a useful airing cupboard. The main bedroom has a double glazed sash window to the front, the second bedroom, also a double, has a double glazed window to the rear whilst the third bedroom is a nice sized single and has a double glazed sash window. Also from the Landing behind two double doors is a stepped access to a rather useful loft room which is already boarded, has recessed ceiling lights and two velux windows. With some creative work this could become a fourth bedroom, subject to the usual permissions of course.

Outside there is a long rear garden laid to lawn with shrubs and with side access leading back to the front of the house where there is an off road parking space. As with so many of these older houses there is a right of access across the rear for the neighbours to use to access their gardens.

Additional notable features about this house include stripped and varnished floorboards throughout, gas central heating, double glazing and that is offered for sale with no chain. Scribble it onto the viewing list, it really should be seen.
