" This spacious semi detached bungalow is offered with no onward chain and sits in a generous corner plot with a good sized rear garden, larger than average garage with 2 store rooms attached and 2 garden sheds. The accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, kitchen/dining room & sun room. Although the property now requires some modernisation, replacement uPVC windows have been installed along with uPVC soffits & fascias. There is a working gas central heating system but the boiler is old. The property is situated in a small cul-de-sac on the southern outskirts of Chard and having a large loft space, may offer potential for conversion (subject to the necessary permissions).

Internally, the property is somewhat dated and would benefit from modernisation. There is gas central heating but the boiler is old.
