A spacious semi-detached bungalow in a favoured residential area with gas central heating and UPVC double glazing. Situated in a modern residential area of the town of Burnham on Sea and being a short drive from the M5 Junction 22 at Edithmead giving easy access to Bristol, Taunton, Exeter & the M4 corridor. The Town Centre is approximately one miles drive and local amenities include the championship golf course at Burnham & Berrow, the Avenue Tennis Club, rugby ground and cricket ground. The property is also convenient to local schooling and close by open countryside.

Directions: From the roundabout at the junction of Love Lane and Oxford Street beside the Esso Service Station proceed in a northerly direction along Manor Road. Continue along into Berrow Road, passing the indoor swimming pool on your left hand side. Taking a right turn into Rectory Road, at the end of Rectory Road turn right onto Stoddens Road. Proceed along for some quarter of a mile turning second right into Southern Lea Road. Palmers Close is the second cul-de-sac off on your left hand side and the bungalow can be found a little way in on your left.
