"A centrally situated, deceptively spacious three bedroom terrace house with gas central heating.

Entrance vestibule* hall* lounge/dining room* breakfast room* kitchen* bathroom* landing* three bedrooms* w.c.* gas fired central heating* mainly double glazed* vehicular hardstanding at the front and enclosed rear garden.

The sale will include carpets, curtains, nets and some light fittings.

Surprisingly spacious mid terrace house situated close to the town centre.

The house is built of brick and has a tiled, felted, insulated and boarded roof. The gas fired combination boiler was installed in the summer of 2006 and six double glazed windows were installed by "Clear View" in the autumn of 2008 with FENSA certification (10 year guarantee).
