Situated on a modern residential development to the east of the town centre. Amenities close by include public house and Tesco supermarket. Other facilities in the town include the Medical Centre, Library, High Street and The Esplanade. Leisure amenities close by include sports centre, bowls club, heated indoor swimming pool, tennis club and golf course.

The M5 interchange at Edithmead is approximately one and half miles away and gives easy access to the south west, Bristol, the M4 and the Midlands.

This terraced residence is believed to have been built in the 1980's to NHBC specification of brick and block cavity walls having a tiled, felted and insulated roof. The double glazing is thought to have been installed in approximately 2001 and further major improvements since 2005 include new bathroom sanitary ware, re-fitted kitchen and the installation of gas fired central heating with the benefit of a "Worcester" combination boiler.
