"Burchill Close was built some 14 years ago and is a select development of detached properties nestling on the edge of this popular village. Tthe small estate has it's own private children?s playground. The property a 4/5 bedroom home that is set at the end of the estate in a very private position. The property has undergone extensive modernisation and improvements by its present owners and now provides excellent family accommodation in exceptional order. In brief the accommodation comprises of entrance hall, sitting room with feature fireplace and front aspect windows, double doors into extensive kitchen/diner with direct access to rear garden. The garage has been converted and now provides bedroom four/study room, and utility room. To the first floor there are three bedrooms , the master having ensuite and dressing room, along with family bathroom. The garden has a good deal of privacy and slopes gently onto boundary dividing stream. There is a patio seating area directly from the dining area and a small storage shed. LOCATION
Clutton is a rural village, but within 10 mile commuting distance of Bath and Bristol.
