"Upon entering this lovely house you are greeted by a spacious bright entrance hall with a staircase to the first floor with a storage cupboard under. There are double doors to the reception room and further doors to the dining room, downstairs cloakroom and the large kitchenbreakfastfamily room. The reception room is lovely and bright and runs the full depth of the property offering views to the front through a double glazed bay window, whilst to the rear there are double glazed French doors out to the rear garden. The reception room has a feature electric fire with attractive surround. The separate dining room is to the front and has doors from the entrance hall and the kitchen. The large kitchenbreakfastfamily room is located to the rear and offers wonderful family space. The kitchen area has an ample range of built in eye and base level units with plenty of counter work surfaces.
