15 Fallowfield occupies arguably one of the best positions in this highly regarding cul de sac of well appointed family homes. Set to the top left hand corner of the road the house enjoys the most spectacular views out over the stunning North Somerset Countryside, taking in the beautiful Anglian Church of St. Andrew, Blagdon reservoir and the stunning backdrop of the Mendip Hills.

Approached via a gently sloping driveway, to the left is access to a detached single garage which has space to park a vehicle in front of and there is plenty of room for a further two vehicles. To the front of the house is a neat porch that leads you into a light and airy entrance hallway with stairs rising to the first floor, a handy ground floor cloakroom and two useful storage cupboards. There is a lovely neutral carpets that has recently been fitted and neutral decoration to the walls. A smart contemporary Oak door leads into the wonderful dual aspect sitting room which features a large picture window with views to the front, and sliding bi fold doors to the side which continue out to a well positioned patio and the garden. To the opposite side of the hallway an Oak door leads you into two connected rooms which form a good sized dining and family room, again enjoying superb views to the front aspect, an interconnecting door leads through to the rear of the entrance hallway adding a lovely practical flow to the ground floor accommodation. The kitchen is another well appointed room, showered with natural light from its south facing rear window, the kitchen is fitted with a range of shaker style wall and base units with provision for white goods and doors leading out to the rear garden and also a front facing door which leads into a large utility room which has lots of potential to be renovated into a home office hobby room if desired.

Moving onto the first floor you will find three good sized double bedrooms, a shower room and a family bathroom. The two principal bedrooms are set to the front of the house and enjoy the most spectacular views over the village and beyond, with both rooms having a fitted cupboard over the stairs, whilst the third bedroom has a lovely easterly facing side view over the garden with a smart oak floor. The two bathrooms sit side by side, one is a walk in shower with a heated towel rail and tiled splashbacks and the other a far larger family bathroom that has been adapted with a large walk in shower and modern white suite. The larger wet room does not currently have a bath, however there is plenty of space for one to be added back to where it would have original been sited.

Outside, the rear and side gardens are truly delightful and offer a supreme amount of privacy, well established hedges form the boundary and enclose a lovely sunny terrace to the side with a beautiful rockery border, its the perfect position for dining al fresco and enjoying the sunny aspect. Beyond the terrace the garden continues to the rear south aspect of the house and is mainly laid to lawn on two plateaus and there is a footpath that leads around to the side of the house from outside of the kitchen.
