The ever popular village of Kilve with the beach close by, is served by a public house, village post office and general store. The County Town of Taunton is approximately eighteen miles away with superb facilities along with Williton which is approximately four miles, both having schooling and excellent shopping facilities. For those who enjoy exploring the countryside there are footpaths close by leading to superb walks on the Quantock Hills which have been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty, whilst Exmoor and Brendon Hills and many renowned beauty spots of the area are all to be found close at hand. There is excellent access to the M5 which is approximately fourteen miles away at Bridgwater as well as Taunton approximately eighteen miles, which also boast of motorway connections and mainline rail which offers services in approximately two hours to Paddington.

From the town centre, via North Street, proceed into Bridge Street and bear right into Station Road, at the traffic lights stay left, then stay right proceeding into Kingston Road, proceed up to pines cafe, continue over this junction and along the road, turning right sign posted Nether Stowey. Proceed into Nether Stowey on South Lane, turn right into Castle Street then left into lime street to the traffic lights. Turn left on to the A39, continue along the A39 until you reach Kilve, enter the village, turn right before the public house into Sea Lane, take the next left into Millands Lane where the property will be found in a cul de sac off the main lane.
