An attractive stone fronted detached residence constructed in 2006 and situated in the desirable Hamlet of Stockland Bristol. This charming property benefits from open field views to the front and fantastic views across the Steart Marshes at the rear.

The flexible and spacious accommodation is arranged over 3 floors and briefly comprises; an entrance door opens into the welcoming hallway with stairs rising to the upper floors, ground floor WC utility and doors leading into the lounge, dining room and opening through into the kitchen breakfast room. Newbarn is situated in the village of Stockland Bristol which lies some 8 miles north west of the market town of Bridgwater between the Quantock Hills and the Sea. Within the village is a Church and Village Hall Social Club. Further facilities are available in the adjacent estuary village of Combwich which provides an Inn, Primary School, Post Office General Store and there are pleasure boat moorings with direct nautical access to the Bristol Channel via the tidal River Parrett. The beach is within walking distance perfect for hacking out and long coastal walks.

To the rear there is a raised decked area, ideal for alfresco dining and summer entertaining. Steps lead down to a lawned area, with mature shrub and herbaceous borders. The garden is nicely surrounded with a stone wall boundary and a gate at the rear provides access to a gravel driveway and good size garage 18 9 x 10 with power and light. To the front, the garden is low maintenance with a variety of plants and bushes, all enclosed with an attractive stone wall."
