"The property's location is within a peaceful countryside setting but close proximity to Bath. There is a nearby bus stop with a regular service into the city centre and only a 1.3 mile journey. There is a very picturesque walk along the canal tow path into town. The desirable village has all you could need with doctors, dentist, pharmacy, hairdresser and two good pubs on the canal. There is also a park, a nursery, a thriving pre-school and a primary school rated as outstanding by Ofsted. For senior schools, King Edwards (1 mile) and other Independent school are nearby. Ralph Allen state school (4 miles) is also easily reached. There is easy access to Bath University (2 miles) with its fantastic sports facilities. The bungalow is well laid out with living room on the right and bedrooms on the left of a hallway. To the rear is a kitchen and dining room.
