"Built in the 1950?s, this attractive semi detached bungalow with bay fronted window, has light and airy accommodation which has been maintained in good order throughout however, it would benefit from some up-dating.

A feature of the property is the most attractive good size garden to the rear with fine elevated views towards Solsbury Hill, and the surrounding countryside of Bath.
