There is a vast under croft should further space be required subject to planning permission. The master bedroom suite upstairs has a walk in wardrobe, a bathroom and lovely views of Solsbury hill and could be made into two bedrooms. The property's location is within a peaceful countryside setting but close proximity to Bath. There is a nearby bus stop with a regular service into the City centre and only a 1.3 mile journey.
