"Set within this popular cul-de-sac in the heart of Oldfield Park is this period terraced home boasting a garage and a parking space. The accommodation begins with a vestibule with a corniced ceiling leading into the hall. The hall leads into the dining room with a large under stairs cupboard and has sliding glass panel doors opening into a bayed sitting room also with a corniced ceiling. A fitted kitchen is at the rear of the dining room with integrated appliances and leads onto a utility room with a WC and has a door leading to the rear garden. On the first floor the landing leads to a full width bayed master bedroom at the front of the house plus a second double bedroom. At the rear is a bathroom with a separate shower cubicle and a large storage cupboard. Externally the front garden is enclosed by a low level wall with wrought iron railings and a gate and is laid to patio. Located in Oldfield Park within walking distance of both Moorland Road and Oldfield Park Train Station.
