"A lovely end of terrace late Victorian double fronted home that looks detached from the front with three bedroom accommodation, lovely gardens and a private secure parking space. Walking into the front door you find a spacious entrance hall with the living room to the left that leads onto the conservatory that in turn looks over the garden. to the right hand side of the hall is a cosy dining room with a wood burner and the kitchen. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has a separate shower. Upstairs are three decent bedrooms. Outside is a lovely garden with access to a secure parking space.

Lansdown View is well situated amongst a thriving local community benefiting from a broad range of amenities and services. Nearby on Rush Hill there is a local Doctors Surgery, dental surgery and garden centre. The thriving Moorland road is also close by which also offers a good range of amenities including popular cafes, restaurants, Sainsburys, bakery, post office, greengrocers, fantastic bookshop and a hardware store.
