"Bathwick is a great location especially if you are looking for a level walk into the city centre or to the train station which is 0.8 mile away. From the apartment, the walk is through the blossom of Henrietta Park to the Great Pulteney area of town with its array of shops, restaurants and convenience of Waitrose. The apartment is set within a fine Georgian example of Bath architecture and takes up the ground and the lower ground floor. There are three main windows with the benefit of secondary glazing to the main living space with a gas fire place, oak flooring and high ceilings. This opens to a well designed kitchen with integrated appliances and the cupboard housing the combination boiler. The living space is fantastic and equally good for a dinner party or quieter relaxation. In addition on the ground floor is a separate WC, space for a washing machine and a study/additional bedroom that overlooks the garden. This is a fine and tranquil spot for working from home or reading. Going downstairs, there are two bedrooms tucked away with good space and a bathroom with a separate shower.
