"This is a lovely extended three bedroom bungalow located on a level plot with a 60ft rear garden. The property has ample off road parking to the front, a 21ft lounge with bay window and a generous fitted kitchen/dining room. The property is nicely presented having undergone updating by the current owners, has a neutral decor and has a light and airy feel. The accommodation comprises: Entrance hall with a useful storage cupboard. Living room with bay window to the front, a marble fireplace with wood mantle piece, and an airing cupboard which houses the gas fired boiler. The kitchen/dining room has space for a dining table and is fitted with a range of wall and floor units with laminate rolled edge worktops. There is an inset stainless steel sink and inset Bosch stainless steel 4 burner gas hob with stainless steel chimney hood over. Wall mounted AEG oven and space for washing machine and fridge/freezer. Rear hall with door to bathroom and side access door. The bathroom is fitted with a white suite and tiled floor. Panel bath with tiled surround, shower screen and Triton electric shower over. Hand wash basin in vanity unit with storage cupboard under and low level WC.   Bedroom one is at the front with bedroom two at the rear, both are good sized rooms.  Bedroom three is a lovely room with French doors opening out onto the garden and currently used as a second living room and could be put to many uses.  There is a good sized loft with a skylight providing natural light.  Externally there is a block paved drive to the front with the remainder of the front garden hard landscaped with ornamental gravel.  The block paving continues down the side of the property to the side access gate and rear garden.  The rear garden is some 60 ft in length and laid to lawn with a flagstone patio adjacent to the house and hard standing at the bottom of the garden suitable for housing sheds if desired.  The property is situated in a very desirable location close to local amenities and early viewing is recommended.

There is a regular bus service into the centre of the Georgian city of Bath, which is just a short journey. Bath is surrounded by beautiful countryside including the Cotswolds and Somerset where a variety of countryside pursuits can be enjoyed.
