On reaching the double mini roundabout turn left towards Bath.  Upon reaching the Peasedown St John bypass turn left into the village and take the first turning right into Wellow Lane.  Continue along this road and take the second turning on the left into Frederick Avenue.  Bear around to the right and up the hill and the property will be found on the right hand side.
