"The location of this property is superb. Less than half a mile from the bustling Bear Flat, and even closer to the shops and bars of Moorland Road, this period family home has an attractive rear extension creating a lovely dining area linked directly to both the kitchen and garden, creative use of space has provided an additional bedroom and shower room, the garden is southerly facing and there is also a garage accessed by a private lane to the rear. On the ground floor, the addition of the dining area, with it's glazed double doors to the garden, means that there is flexibility in how you use the other two reception rooms. The current owners use the bay fronted reception as a good size office, leaving the other as the sitting room. There is also a shower room on the ground floor that provides washroom facilities for visitors. Upstairs, the front of the house has been divided into two bedrooms, and there are two further bedrooms and a second shower room. There is also an unconverted loft space which stretches across the width of the house. The attractive, low maintenance, garden is predominately laid to artificial turf, with surrounding planted borders. The garage, at the bottom of the garden, is block built with a pitched roof, and has power and light. There is also useful pedestrian access to the garden alongside.
