"Denstone is a handsome Edwardian bay fronted semi-detached 5 bedroom family home, one of a pair of five built in 1912, enjoying a fine elevated open aspect with wonderful far reaching panoramic views. The property is presented in excellent decorative order and provides generous, flexible family living space arranged over 2 floors with the benefit of further potential to extend into the large loft space if required.

This lovely family home is entered through a spacious glazed lobby which leads through to the entrance hall from which all ground floor rooms lead. To the front with an impressive bay leaded window and a period fireplace is a large drawing room and to the rear there is a pretty family room/snug which leads through to the conservatory.

The large well-equipped contemporary kitchen and dining room has lovely double aspect and glazed wall to wall sliding doors that lead onto the paved sun terrace.
