"This perfectly packaged two bedroom end of terrace home on the south side of the city in Odd Down is certain to be popular with first time buyers. The accommodation comprises a tiled entrance porch leading to a cosy sitting room with a gas fire beyond which lies a full width kitchen/dining room with a handy cupboard under the stairs. The kitchen/dining room boasts a tiled floor, integral gas hob and electric oven. On the first floor the master bedroom runs the full width of the property and has an exposed period fireplace.
