Shickle Grove is a popular modern residential location placed conveniently for local shops and amenities.  You will also find two primary schools and a secondary school within walking distance as well as bus routes in and out of Bath’s City Centre.

Internally this pleasant family home offers a welcoming Reception Hallway, Re-fitted Shower Room, Sitting Room and a spacious Re-fitted Kitchen/Diner.  The first floor offers two double sized bedrooms as well as a good sized third bedroom!  Externally there is a low maintenance rear garden, perfect for relaxation or a family Bar B Q, with a paved patio and an area laid with slate chippings leading to the detached double garage.  The garage has electric and lighting as well as a remote up and over door.  It is our opinion and subject to the correct approvals that this garage could have an array of other options that include a change of use to an annex or home office?

To the front of the property is an approach which could park 2-3 cars off road and there is further parking to the rear of the garage.  At present it really wouldn’t take much thought at all to park up to five cars off road, ideal for a growing family!
