Main Description
This three bedroomed semi-detached home occupies an enviable position on this quiet cul-de-sac on the south side of Bath. The property also boasts off-street parking and a garage.

The house is entered through a double glazed front door into a small entrance vestibule, with a further glass panelled door in the entrance hallway. Further doors lead from here into the sitting/dining room, kitchen and utility cupboard.

The sitting/dining room starts at the front of the property where the sitting area is currently located. There is a chimney breast housing a coal-effect gas fire and laminate flooring running the length of the room. The dining area has double glazed sliding doors lead into the conservatory.
