"Kempthorne Lane, off Midford Road, is a high specification development, completed in 2007 on the southern side of Bath. The majority of homes are constructed in gently sweeping crescents adding character to the site. Built from stone the property has an Ashlar finish and traditional period style double glazed wooden sash windows. Beautifully appointed, this three bedroom home begins with the entrance hall that leads to the front sitting room, impressive kitchen dining room at the rear and a WC.
