"Located in an attractive square of houses in Combe Down, is this semi-detached, 1930's family home. Having been in the family since the late 1960's, the house has been well cared for during this time, but could now do with some updating. Approaching the property, you have the enviable parking options of a private drive which leads to a garage with electric door. The porch provides a very useful space to leave coats and shoes, or even a pushchair. The L shaped hallway is a lovely space to welcome guests, as well as providing access to all rooms on the ground floor. The sitting room has an attractive bowed window which over looks the front garden. The dining room has glazed double doors set within a bay window which lead out to the garden.
