DESCRIPTION: This semi detached home is located in the village of Camerton and is need of updating and modernisation throughout. The property is of good size and the accommodation comprises entrance hall, kitchen with door to rear lobby leading to utility and cloakroom, lounge and separate dining room overlooking the rear garden. Three bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The property is gas centrally heated and predominately double glazed. There is no onward chain.

DIRECTIONS:From the centre of Radstock, proceed towards Bath. Turn left, signposted Camerton, and continue down the hill, through the village. Turn left into The Daglands and bear left, where number 24 will be found on the left hand side.
