"The Willows is a modern detached property which has been cleverly modernised and extended by the present owners. To the front a cedar clad section has been added to the roof, providing an overhanging porch and giving the property a Scandinavian flavour in appearance.

In addition, to one side of the property a full height extension has been added providing a kitchen/living room with a real ?wow? factor, and with full glazed bi-folding doors leading out onto a most attractive terrace.

The property has very spacious accommodation with four double bedrooms together with a study which could serve as a fifth bedroom. It also has the benefit of two main bathrooms and an en-suit shower room, and is set in lovely gardens which total approximately a third of an acre. Situation
The village of Shoscombe is located 6? miles south of Bath with other nearby villages including Wellow, Combe Hay and Carlingcott.
