This "Cottage-in-the-Sky" is a simple and pleasant, comfortably furnished top-floor flat in a quiet and well-managed Georgian house. It was recently renovated? and carpetted. From the two bedrooms it has wide easterly views over the rooftops of the city of Bath to the south and east and the hills beyond and only a 10 minute level walk to the centre of town (ie Podium/Waitrose) along Great Pulteney Street. It overlooks Sydney Gardens across the road. An allocated parking space in the gated car-park is available at no additional cost as well as a caged area for bicycles.

All top floor flats in converted Georgian buildings benefit from a larger space because no floor area is lost to the stairwell below.? All the windows of this flat are double-glazed. There is a small well equipped galley kitchen with the basic white goods, a good bathroom and storage. A recently fitted gas combi-boiler provides economic central heating and hot water and together with electric shower backup. There is a coal-effect gas fire in the sitting-room.
