"With its own courtyard entrance on Great Pulteney Street, this impressive Grade I Listed garden apartment occupies the two lower floors of an historic town house on one of the most prestigious Georgian terraces in Bath. Carefully maintained by the present owner this wonderfully airy home provides a traditional yet comfortable ambience, retaining many of the building's original features. Bath flagstones pave the reception hall which leads to the drawing room and a paved rear hall. The front drawing room has two deep, box sash windows and features the original stone bressemer with flanking recesses from the original range.
