"A pleasantly situated semi-detached residence with excellent garden and close to all village amenities

LOCATION Cotswold Drive forms part of a development carried out in the 1960's leading from Station Road midway between the centre of the village and the Albrighton by-pass. There are comprehensive shopping facilities within Albrighton centre which is within easy reach. There is a railway station a short distance away and Junction 3 of the M54 is close at hand facilitating both road and rail transport in all directions. The village is also well served by schooling. DESCRIPTION This is a semi-detached property which has been well maintained by its previous owner but is in need of some modernisation which will be fully justified by the good accommodation, the convenient situation and the garden which was a particular interest of the late owner. 26 Cotswold Drive is approached by an entrance drive laid in brick paviours with ample parking space and it stands behind a front lawn with a number of shrubs. It is constructed of brick with an ornamental stone panel on the front elevation and tiled roof. There is UPVC double glazing and gas fired central heating. The front door is approached through the covered carport. ACCOMMODATION There is a small ENTRANCE HALL with door to the pleasant LOUNGE which has a tiled fireplace with a fitted coal effect gas fire, there are front and side windows and glazed double doors to the DINING ROOM which has a store cupboard understairs and a glazed door at the rear to the garden. The KITCHEN has a Leisure sink unit, a range of built-in units, larder cupboard, store cupboard, part ceramic wall tiling, plumbing for washing machine and Thorn gas fired boiler for central heating and domestic hot water and a door to the carport. The stairs lead from the hall to the LANDING with airing cupboard having immersion heater and THREE BEDROOMS, one of which has front and side windows, and two have built-in wardrobes. The BATHROOM has a panelled bath, pedestal basin, wc and full ceramic wall tiling. OUTSIDE There is an extensive CARPORT, a brick SINGLE GARAGE with concrete floor, electric light and power and a window to the rear and a large brick STORE. The GARDEN has a lawn and a wide variety of flowering and ornamental shrubs and trees, there are both apple and pear trees, an area of kitchen garden and a number of soft fruit bushes, there is also a timber garden store. SERVICES We are informed by the Vendors that all main services are installed.
