"Crikey, just look what we've got here. A modernised mature mid-terraced house for less than £130,000! No, this is not a typing error. If you're looking for a very well presented starter home with all mod-cons, yet still retaining its original charm and character, then this may very well be the home for you. The joy of living in a property such as this is the sheer size of the plot that it sits on and the fact that you can park a car on site, to the front and rear. This mature property is located within a cul-de-sac and is set back from the road with an easily managed gravelled front garden/parking space, accessed from the road by a dropped-kerb, allowing vehicular access thereon. An internal inspection is strongly recommended and with the neutral decoration, combined with the refitted kitchen and bathroom, there is very little to do. The comfortable sitting room and bedroom above both have original front facing bay windows with leaded light stained glass features, whilst to the rear of the house there are replacement uPVC double glazed windows. Downstairs, the kitchen/dining room has been refitted, complete with brand new hob, cooker and extractor hood. Not only this, but there is a ground floor utility and a most useful cloakroom/WC. Upstairs, the master bedroom may certainly be described as a 'double' and the spacious bathroom has also been refitted, complete with a modern white suite and a separate fully tiled shower cubicle. Outside, the long rear garden has a timber deck and paved patio area, whilst rear vehicular access off Newport Road, provides access to the single garage. If you're in a hurry to move, you will be very pleased to know that this house is empty, so there is no onward chain. From a convenience point of view, it is within easy access from the town centre and those travelling by car are sure to appreciate swift travel to the bypass with access to Chester, Shrewsbury, Wrexham and Wolverhampton. Basically, this lovely property has an awful lot going for it and an early inspection is strongly recommended in order to avoid disappointment.
