"Now for some no-nonsense straight talking. No witty comments. Just straight to the point. BUY THIS HOUSE! There are many reasons why and for a start, it is empty so you won't have to wait for someone to move out or get involved in a messy upward chain. However, that is just one reason. More importantly, just look at the character of the place; even at the very outset before you venture inside, the storm porch has a lovely blue brick archway. Upon entering the house, it is apparent that it has been very well maintained and updated and the fact that there is an entrance hall, rather than just walking into the sitting room, immediately creates a favourable impression. There are 2 separate reception rooms, the dining room at the rear having an open aspect, leading directly into the refitted kitchen, complete with fitted appliances and sparkling free-standing range style cooker. The downstairs family bathroom has also been refitted and has a white suite. Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms, although it was originally built with 3, the master bedroom now being particularly spacious, although it could quite easily be separated again, if required. Other improvements include a new 'rubberised' flat roof to the full width downstairs rear extension and there are replacement double glazed windows. Outside, no need to panic about having to park on the road. Absolutely not; this house even has its own off-street parking in a separate garage. Not only that, there is an easily managed rear garden, ideal for relaxing in during the summer months. The house is well positioned for access into Whitchurch, there is a bus stop within walking distance and for those travelling by car, there is swift access to the bypass, for travel throughout a wide geographical area.Call 01948 665566 to see this lovely home!
