"You can normally tell where the 'posh' houses are - it's when the road leading up to them is block paved. This is exactly the scenario that we have here! Our clients are the sole occupiers from new and they watched this small, select development being built and chose this property 'off plan'. They reckon that they have the best plot due to the fact that not only is it a good size, but also due to the fact that the house behind them has no windows facing them and thus, they enjoy a private aspect. The presentation is also very good, in the fact that nothing is out of place and the gleaming surfaces suggests someone who has a passion for cleaning......Improvements to the house include a large conservatory addition which 'flows' into the dining room
