"To buy this property should be as easy as a stroll in the park, although in this case, it couldn't be nearer the truth as it actually faces the park itself! Just imagine if it were located facing one of the parks in London, you could probably add a zero to the asking price. Well, unfortunately it isn't and what we actually have here is a spacious three-storey town house that is outstanding value for money. Infact, it could really be described as a child's paradise as it faces Jubilee Park - so how about that for an extended garden! Thinking about it, dogs would be quite impressed with all those squirrels to chase too.Internally there is a surprising amount of space and the adaptable accommodation layout includes a useful downstairs reception room that doubles as a fourth bedroom, if required. There is a full width kitchen/dining room and this is offered with fitted appliances and also downstairs is a utility room and a WC in the cloakroom. Upstairs, you will find a spacious lounge and a lovely double bedroom with French doors and a Juliette balcony with views over the park, whilst on the second floor there are two further double bedrooms (the Master also having an en-suite shower room) and a family bathroom.
