"'One Step Beyond' this particular home would, in my opinion, be a step too far! It's a strange name for a property and for fear of sounding too corny, reminds me of a certain song by Madness. What we have here is in fact a very special home indeed. To state that it is beautifully presented is perhaps an understatement. Not only is the property itself immaculate, but so are the neatly manicured gardens, with virtually no weeds in sight! Unbelievable really and to cap it all, it occupies a generous plot on the edge of town, less than a mile from Whitchurch town centre. Make no bones about it, this is a large property, with 4 reception rooms (plus a conservatory) and 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite, plus a family bathroom. Needless to say, an internal inspection is most strongly recommended and the spacious entrance hall immediately creates a favourable impression. The living room has an inglenook fireplace, complete with Clearview log burning stove and where better place to doze off during those long winter evenings?! If you need your own space, you can wander off into any of the other reception rooms or demonstrate your culinary skills in the spacious kitchen. Guests will not be disappointed whichever bedroom you put them in and the master bedroom suite upstairs has its own en-suite facilities including a spacious shower room and en-suite dressing area. Outside, is a place to relax and unwind in those pleasant surroundings, including a lovely summerhouse, whilst in addition to the garage, there is ample off-road parking. Head out of the driveway and turn right into town or left into nearby countryside. Whichever way you look at it, you can't go wrong. As Buzz Lightyear would say "To infinity and 'Beyond'!
