"A very spacious, detached family home available to rent unfurnished in the village of Higher Heath near Whitchurch. The property is situated in a quiet location on Birchwood Grove and is ideal for commuting to Whitchurch, Shrewsbury, Chester, Crewe, Telford the M6 and M54. It has oil fired central heating, double glazing and a double integral garage. Pets may be considered. Ground Floor Entrance Hall The property enters from the outdoor tiled porch area, through a glass panelled door into the entrance hall. The hallway is very spacious with carpeted flooring, stairs leading to the first floor, WC, double doors leading through to the lounge and a further door leading to the kitchen.
