Situation

The Rock is a now established and maturing modern residential locality occupying a very convenient position in central Telford a little over 1 mile due west of Telford town centre with its wide range of recreational and shopping facilities, including the New Southwater development, the M54 motorway and the town’s central railway station.

How to get there - from the Telford Town Centre proceed past the Police Station; at the roundabout take the third exit onto West Centre Way (B5072); at the mini roundabout continue straight ahead and at the Old Park roundabout take the fourth exit into The Rock then second right into The Brambles where the property is on the right hand side indicated by a Nick Tart for sale board.
